Kanchenjunga trekking is the most phenomenon incentive trekking destination in Nepal Just below the looming Mountain Kanchenjunga (8,586m) the third highest mountain in the world and second highest mountain in Nepal located in the extreme northeast corner of Nepal bordering Indian to the east and China to the North. This recently opened Kanchenjunga region route offers chance to discover absolutely unspoiled highlands wilderness to keen trekkers. On this trekking you will experience remoteness of country, romantic mountain views, diverse flora and fauna and rich local culture.

The feature of the walk are pleasant villages, glorious mountains, a Soaring peaks, the Yalung Glacier, a wide variety of natural vegetation and agriculture areas and prosperous wild life and flowering glory of rhododendrons, orchids, lilies and many other beautiful flowers during spring seasons. Kanchenjunga Conservation Area (2035Sq km) is the central point of this trekking, This includes musk deer, blue sheep and for the believer, the Yeti, endangered snow leopard, Himalayan black bear, blue sheep, rhesus macaw and red panda, alpine grass lands, dense temperate, sub-tropical forests and low river valley.

It is the most delightful holiday destination where you accumulate the memorable experience of yours lifetime. As per the rule of Nepal Government there should be at least two trekkers in a group to trek at a time. The prominent ethnic group of this region is Limbu, Rai and Sherpa. So Kanchenjunga is the most popular trekking destination which will fire up the imagination of everyone.

This trek is considered as technical trek and appropriate for those who fairly fit and have a sense of adventure. The program is designed to acclimatize you gradually and not to experience high altitude sickness. However you are requested to check your altitude fitness and the itinerary. We suggest you to strengthen your knee muscles. As the trek is designed for camping arrangement, everything is handled by our team of porters, Sherpa and cooks who carry the equipment, set up the camp and have hot meals and hot Tea waiting for you at every food break. This trek begins at Tumlingtar or Taplejung accessible by air, or Ilam or Basantpur accessible by road.

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345m).You will be picked by our representative and transfer to hotel and a short brief about the trekking after refreshment. 

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing guided tour (Katmandu Durbar Square, Swayambunath, and Pashupatinath Temple. Afternoon pre-trip discussion prepare of the trek.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Taplejung or (fly to Suketar) 1 hour 20 minute.25 hours by road.

Day 04: Trek to Doban.

Day 05: Trek to Thumma.

Day 06: Trek to Chirwa.

Day 07: Trek to Sakathum.

Day 08: Trek to Amjilosa

Day 09: Trek to Gyable.

Day 10: Trek to Gunsa.

Day 11: Acclimatization day at Gunsa. Explore the village.

Day 12: Trek to khambachen.

Day 13: Trek to Lhonak.

Day 14: Trek to Pang pema base camp.

Day 15: Trek to Khambachen.

Day 16: Trek to Gunsa.

Day 17: Trek to Selele Kharka -

Day 18: Trek over Selele Pass - trek down to Tseram.

Day 19: Trek to Oktang Base camp 

Day 20: Trek back to Tseram.

Day 21: Trek to Lamite Bhanjyang (3370m)

Day 22: Trek to Yamphudin (1690m)

Day 23: Trek back to Phumphe (1780m)
 
Day 24: Trek back to Kunjari (1700m)

Day 25: Trek to Suketar (1580m)

Day 26: Early morning fly back to Kathmandu.

Day 27: Leisure day at Kathmandu and buying some souvenir wonder around. Farewell dinner at the evening.

Day 28: Transfer to Airport for your final departure to home.
